Credit Card Payment Collection Software

zeckoCollect is used to initiate and collect customer payments via select payment gateways. This software is ideally suited for:

• Payment Collections Processing for pre-authorizations
• Collection of credit card payments for on-account customers [coming soon]
• Collection of customer AR collections, initiated by the admin user [coming soon]

How it Works

Using zeckoCollect, the user selects the specific orders and invoices they wish to collect payment on, and initiates the transaction with the payment gateway. Once the credit card payment is collected, the user initiates the posting process, which automatically records the payments into your Sage BusinessVision software.

Integration to Sage BusinessVision provides the necessary posting and closing of transactions within the ERP software, thus eliminating the need to perform any of these tasks manually.

When combined with the zeckoShop’s Credit Card Pre-Authorizations feature for web-based credit card pre-authorizations, collecting credit card payments on sales transactions couldn’t be easier.

Pre-authorizations are a great way to capture the customer’s credit card details at the time of the customer’s online purchase, but only collect the funds from the customer’s credit card at the time the order is ready to be shipped and invoiced in BusinessVision.
